Today, U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) released the following statement after meeting with President Donald Trump’s FBI Director Nominee, Kash Patel.
“Kash Patel is an accomplished lawyer, seasoned former public defender and trusted advisor who has dedicated his career to exposing corruption and standing up for the American people,” said Lummis. “Under his leadership, the FBI will end America’s out of control crime epidemic and punish migrant gangs taking advantage of the Biden administration’s open borders. President Trump has made it his mission to stamp out corruption within the FBI, and Kash is a great choice to restore the FBI to its intended mission of protecting the American people rather than targeting political opponents.”
