Lummis Announces Key Commerce Subcommittees for 119th Congress

Washington, D.C. — Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) today announced that she has been named to three subcommittees as part of her work on the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee. 

Senator Lummis will serve on the following subcommittees during the 119th Congress: 

  • Science, Manufacturing, and Competitiveness subcommittee 
  • Consumer Protection, Technology, and Data Privacy subcommittee 
  • Telecommunications and Media subcommittee 

“I’m honored to be chosen to serve on these critical subcommittees and work on these important issues that impact the future of our country,” said Lummis. “These subcommittees tackle everything from the impacts of AI to our efforts to bring manufacturing back to the United States, and I’m excited to bring Wyoming’s unique perspective to these issues.
